What are your methods?

Our methods are based on a unique balance of theory, technique, creativity, and enjoyment. What can I expect to learn?

To maintain interest while learning the basics we incorporate music that the student chooses. We teach a variety of music styles such as: jazz, classical, pop, and rock. How long will it take to learn to play an instrument?

Thinking in terms of mastery of an instrument, the answer could be two lifetimes! The actual length of time it takes varies from person to person. We have found that with regular attendance of lessons and consistent practice students learns in a shorter period of time and playing is greatly enhanced.

Am I too old to play an instrument?

As for being too old there is never a point in a person's life where new knowledge and skills cannot be acquired and developed. We have had proven success with adult students, be they eighteen or eighty! It is never too late to let the power and joy of music making enter your life!
